Starter Sets

Super Empire Builder was an Intermediate level starter set. It contained a DB150 Command Station/Booster, DT400 Throttle, UP5 Universal Panel, and a LT1 LocoNet Tester. The Super Empire Builder was also available in a Simplex Radio Equipped version. Retired in 2009

Super Empire Builder (Radio Equipped) was an Intermediate level starter set. It contained a DB150 Command Station/Booster, DT400R Throttle, UR91 Radio Receiver, and a LT1 LocoNet Tester. This Starter Set was equipped with Simplex Radio. Simplex Radio is no longer offered in Starter Sets after Super Empire Builder Series. Super Empire Builder Xtra sets are offered with Duplex Radio. Retired in 2009

Was the first generation all-in-one command station/booster/throttle. Zephyr was designed for beginning, intermediate and advanced model railroaders. It's simplified interface was easy to use and had tons of features. The set contained a DCS50 command station/booster/throttle, a PS315 power supply and an LT1 LocoNet tester. This was the first product with Jump Ports that allowed a smooth DC controller to be used as a throttle to control DCC locomotives. Discontinued in 2010.
