Advanced Consist Address/Function Control CV19, CV21, CV22

Most customers that use Digitrax command stations use Universal Consisting instead of Advanced Consisting as described here.  With Universal consisting, the consist information is handled by the command station instead of by the decoder.CV19 is the advanced consist address. CV19 also contains data for the direction in which the consist will operate.
