Please note: If the item to be repaired is currently under warranty and you are
enclosing a copy of the receipt then please do not send in a payment
or credit card information. If, for some reason charges need to
be applied to you for repairs, we will contact you at your daytime number
above. If the item is not under warranty please either send in a check or fill in your credit card infomation below.

Flip your card over and look at the signature box. You should see either the entire 16-digit credit card number or just the last four digits followed by a special 3-digit code. This 3-digit code is your Card Security Code.

Allow 20 working days for the repair plus shipping time. To verify receipt of an item by Digitrax please request proof of delivery from the carrier you used to return the item. Warranty repair items must be accompanied by proof of purchase date.  Items sent in for non-warranty repair must include payment by check or credit card.
