Having a Problem with Digitrax Command Control?

  • If you are dissatisfied with any of our products for any reason, please let us know!

  • If you are having a problem operating Digitrax products with equipment made by other manufacturers, let us know. We will be happy to try and help you work out any interoperability issues.

  • Our tech support and customer service staff will make every effort to resolve your problems as quickly and painlessly as possible! Digitrax has full time tech support personnel who can answer most questions right away. Sometimes we do get really tough problems that take a little extra time but we work with our customers until the problem is solved.

  • Sometimes we talk with customers who have become very frustrated with their system because they "have tried everything". Everything that is except contacting tech support!
